Items Being Worked on
Some of the items (for example, building a sculpture out of sanitary napkins) might take some time. So, if you're working on something (or want to claim it to work on) then say so here!
I, for example, am working on number 35 the "Steampunk Mish and Queen riding a stallion". I"ve already got the horse and Misha's calf drawn XD

1: We are going to attempt to shatter the Guinness World Record for the "Most Pledges to Commit a Random Act of Kindness." The current record is 74,379 pledges held by Guinness Breweries. Let's take the throne! Your team must collect "pledges" from individuals pledging to do a Random Act. Click this link and follow instructions; don't click the submit button here. (You get 1 point for every 2 pledges - up to 350 points maximum (700 pledges per Team). But we expect you to exceed this because this isn't all about points. Is it?)

Working on #3 --> I'm in the process of convincing a friend of a friend to let me take a picture of him cleaning a pool wearing his stormtrooper costume. I'll keep you all updated on how that's going...

Heh, my friend is gonna text him tomorrow. He says the chances are pretty good that the guy will say yes. I'll probably offer to buy him lunch for the trouble or something. =P
Also, UPDATE: If no one else wants to claim it, I'm gonna work on #98 (have a dog walking a human) -- I happen to have a dog costume hanging in my closet, so I was thinking I could dress my friend's dog up in human clothes, and I would wear the dog outfit, and maybe that would get us extra points for creativity?

Re: Items Being Worked on
I work in a retirement home so I think number 36 should be easy. I hope I'm going to see how that goes tomorrow when I go to work. Also I think I can do 19. And 85! I can definitely do 85!

Awesome idea! I'll get a proper look at the list ASAP and throw my two cents in. I'd like to take:
36. [IMAGE] Hug a uniformed Veteran.
42 points
And
12. [IMAGE] Creatively edit the Wikipedia entry for Jared Padelecki to seamlessly include your team name and some mention of his abiding admiration of Misha Collins.

Okay, random question, does anyone know what the Galois thing is from number 62 is? Because I have a ton of different kind of beans (aka legums) and super craft glue so I might be able to do that but I don't know what it is exactly that they want....

Re: Items Being Worked on
Additionally, I live near the st louis arch. So, unless someone else has a better landmark (because it's cold here and I don't like going near the mississippi when its cold) I could do that one. But the group needs to decide on a piece of advice quickly. Getting to St louis can be awful depending on the traffic and i'm assuming they want it to be during the day which makes driving (and parking) harder.

No objections here! ^^
Unless someone else is dying to do them, I'm gonna tackle:
#82 (making a snow angel in jello on my kitchen floor)
#88 (writing the love poem to Maryann Elizabeth Voisinet)
#102 (jogging down a crowded sidewalk in pumpkin shoes)
#82 and #102 may take me a few days to submit cause I'll have to wait until a friend is free to photograph/record me... but I'll get them done~

Re: Items Being Worked on
Hi everyone.
Has anyone claimed 65 ([IMAGE] Create a 2 foot-high dinosaur out of sanitary napkins)yet ?
I could do it
I con do also
80 [IMAGE] You posing with a "spaghetti gun" and wearing a woven "spaghetti-hunting jacket". Spaghetti may be cooked or uncooked.
77 [IMAGE] If your team could give the entire world one piece of advice, what would it be? Have one a team member hold a sign bearing the statement over their head in front of an internationally recognizable landmark.
and maybe
14 [IMAGE] A person in a business suit with a leather briefcase jumping into leaf pile.
For item 77 I need all your advices

Re: Items Being Worked on
I would like to do 77, I was thinking Big Ben would be good and internationally recognizable.
I'm also going to try for 25, 34, 40, 44, 49, 57 and 71.
Some are obvs easier than others but if no one is certain of getting them done, I'd like to give it a go We can always submit the best if there is overlap.

Merri, if you have the firemen in the bag (heheheheheh) go for it! The firestation manager I asked hasn't gotten back to me yet.
I've emailed several reptile stores and I think I can get the video with the snakes easy enough! That's 220 points if it happens! I'll let you know!
